Food Traceability and Verification Cluster, organised its first webinar on February 21st, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM CET.

The webinar entitled “Traceability and verification in food supply chains: The technological perspective” was an insightful session, delved into the latest innovations improving food traceability and verification across supply chains.

Representatives from 8 EU-funded projects shared the technologies they’re using to enhance the transparency and security of food systems. Projects including ALLIANCE, WATSON , FishEUtrust, SEA2SEE ,CUES, TITAN & TEALHELIX, presented their work, followed by a Q&A session where the audience interacted with the speakers and asked their burning questions.
