Cannas are among the most colorful summer bulbs. Their great canes and tropical foliage make for large magnificent plants. Blooms through the summer for long lasting curb appeal. They are deer resistant and appear more dramatic when grouped in masses. These are fast growers with large flowers. They are great in garden beds or larger containers. Canna Stuttgart is a most spectacular variegated Canna. It was discovered in Germany hence its name. What makes this Canna so unique are its blocks of white variegation on its leaves. Where the green and white blocks come together there will also be some shades of blue green and silver. Sometimes these blocks will turn more yellow. The flowers are pale apricot. A partially shaded spot will help protect its leaves from sunburn. Plant this annual in a location with full sun.
